UNCOILER UNIT

Is the unit to unleash slit coil and send to forming station. The uncoiler unit is not necessary in case that machine was design to use with pre-cut or steel plate.
Uncoiler model will be designed at the maximum weight of coil load while using. The thicker and wider the coil, the bigger and the more expensive the uncoiler.

Single Head Type: This low cost model is suitable for low speed and discontinuous production pattern.
2.2
Double Head Type: this model fits the higher speed machine or the high production volume. The higher the forming speed, the faster the depletion of the coil. To turn uncoiler head side will reduce loss time from machine stop while loading the new coil and will increase machine efficiency

Free drive (no motor) Type: Uncoiler will let the coil unleash from the roll-forming pull force. This type fits with the fixed speed forming

Uncoiler with motor drive & speed control unit: This type can be used with both fixed or variable speed forming. Motor drive will reduce working load of forming unit by adjusting self speed to relate with machine speed.

CONTROL UNIT & SAFETY SYSTEM

Is the key part to assist operators to work easier and safer. Good design control system will increase work performance and safety.
We are able to develop variety of control functions from the simple on/off switch board to the color touch screen. Operator can identify specific machine speed, cut length, output quantity, etc. Besides, the machine can link to other devices such as printer, LAN, or computer to record working time and conditions.
We have had strong experiences in designing and installing safety and energy isolation system. To handle any unexpected trespass over the boundary guard and fence, customers have choices to customize the isolation system by alarming, flashing signal light, holding or stopping specific working functions.

Cooling Unit will install to high speed forming in order to reduce accumulated heat in roller from continually running time. Most of our machine are used liquid circulated cooling system which place inside machine base.

FORMING UNIT

Is composed of hard-steel rollers set designed to form flat steel according to the specified drawing. We use the software to design quality forming set with high accuracy output profile.
Category of Our Forming Unit
1.1
Fixed Roller Type: Rollers are fixed to machine base. This forming unit type is appropriate for users who continuously run only one profile on the machine, or the user who has no experiences with rollers changing and adjustment.

Tooling Cassette Type: Roller sets are placed on the steel frame which can be moved out from machine base (just like changing of cassette tape). This forming type is advisable for the user who wants to control labor head count by producing many profiles from one base machine and one team

Single forming line: One forming unit can produce 1 profile per time.
2.2
Double forming line: One forming tool can form out 2 profiles at the same time. This forming unit type will increase production capacity, but may not be appropriate to complex profile.
Category of Our Forming Unit
3.1
Manual width adjust type: In case that customer needs to produce various width profiles (same profile height), it is possible to use the same rollers set adding with “spacer” into each rollers station to produce additional width profile without new rollers set.
3.2
Variable width adjust type: This tooling type will use electrical control system to drive rollers to selected width position when user needs to change profile size. This type will save tooling change time from “hours” to “minutes”

STRAIGHTENER

Is the part which allows an operator to adjust to get straight output profile.
The feeder and straightener are completely designed and produced by our team for the sake of assembling and future adjustment and maintenance.

CUTTING UNIT

Is the part which functions to cut a profile at specific length. A good quality cutting unit will provide low tolerance cut length with high consistency.
The cutting system may use a simple limit switch to send cut signal to a cutter for low accuracy profile (to make it cheap), or may use an encoder to measure profile length and send cut signal to the control system for the high accuracy cut length requirement.
Most of our cutting system use hydraulic shear cut which creates no wastage from cutter
Category of cutting unit
- Spring Cut Type: The cutting blade will cut then the body will be pushed by a profile while the blade moves down. After that the body will be pulled back to the origin position by the spring after the blade moves up. This cutting type is appropriate to low speed forming and small profile size.
- Flying Cut Type: the cutting blade and body will be driven and moved at the forming speed by the control system. Then the blade will cut the profile at required length before move back. This cutting type is mostly used with high speed forming or big size profile.

RUN OUT TABLE

Is the end part of machine line which is designed to receive finished forming profile from cutting unit
The run-out table can be designed to pass profile to next process station such as packing, punching line, etc. This is through the choices of air pressure feed belt conveyor, or other feeding system.
